Hello! I'm Kausta Spann, the Chief Learning Officer of Kausation LLC. We're a communications firm focused on DEI training and development initiatives.
I have a B.S. in Business Administration from Fisk University, a M.A. in Human Resource Development from Webster University, and a M.A. in Communications from Lindenwood University.
I've been an Instructional Designer since 2007, and I'm also an award winning DEI champion! In my free time, I serve on the board of Old North St. Louis Restoration Group, and I'm a Steering Committee Member of St. Louis Equal Housing Community Reinvestment Alliance and a member of ULI St. Louis.
I've been working in Content Creation for 15 years, and I've helped brands, businesses, and influencers alike create the online courses of their dreams.
